I just wanted to tell you my vacations in NY are wonderful, the city is amazing, the sun is shining, my boyfriend and I are not arguing anymore (love is everywhere) the clubs are terrific, not to mention the museums and the stores...

I really wanna join you, Benjamin and see Massive Attack!! But the Chilli Peppers are as well coming to Boston and I really wanna see them, too... So what are we going to do about that? The Chilli Peppers are playing on the 2nd and the 20th of October and it costs $60. I know its expensive but in fact you get to see The Mars Volta, as well. They are their previous band, and I like them as much as the Chilli Peppers... The only bad thing about it is: they play in a f... big arena...

Massive Attack on October, 1st

Hi everyone !

Another event on the weekend after next is the concert of Massive Attack, on Sunday 1st. They play in the Orpheum Theatre (near Park Street Station) at 8.15 PM. Tickets are 45$ online and might be cheaper (35$, if I understand what they're saying on the website) if we buy them there.

Would you be interested? Same as with Carl Cox, we should probably order next weekend, before everything is sold out.

I think we're all begining to feel a little fed up with those papers, essays, readings, and other depressing school assignment. So I suggest that tomorow night, we drop the books for a moment, we leave the library, and we gather all just to enjoy a glass of wine, a bear, a shot or even a cigarette (I know I am supposed to quit) and most of all a nice chat.

How are you doing this afternoon..? Not so bad..? Cool.. Because I feel pretty.. bad right now. I just finished my first memo, or essay of the year (that I had to send to the professor before 5 pm sharp !) 10 minutes ago.. meaning at 4: 57 sth.. I just got the biggest stress ever (or "le plus grand stress de l'histoire de l'humanité!").. My advice: don't ever do that! And plan to realize that you have a Fucking essay to write more than 2 hours before actually having to send it to the prof, specially when you have sth to read before... Just a thought..*

I'm gonna come down now...

Are we supposed to work in an American University?

Hi everyone!
I wrote my first "American" paper today and it has been a terrible experience. I only had to write 2 pages and it took me more than 3 hours. And I'm sure it was full of mistakes! How am I supposed to write a research paper in 30 pages?
Hopefully, according to Benjamin and Emma, professors like exchange students (i.e us!) and will give us good grades no matter what we write...
So, because I must unwind (I have just looked up this word in the dictionnary for those who would have believed I have any English vocabulary!), I suggest we organize a gym trip tomorrow or on wednesday night...What do you think?
I hope I will have more success than last time with my dinner-Boston proposition...
At least, you can notice that I never give up. To quote Nils, I'm truly "planful".

To my mind, the best part of the library are the cookies in the cafeteria by the way. The chocolate chip ones are better than the others, trust me. =)
